The Wealth of Health is a completely unique program that has been adapted from the high-intensity, high-impact training of MP USA's Athletic Adventure Program specifically for people who aren't interested in martial arts training but who DO want to get in the best shape of their life, increase their flexibility, learn meditations that work FAST, and be able to sense/control the energy traveling through their bodies.
The Wealth of Health is a low-impact exercise and breath work course originally designed for people over 40, but Utahns from 10 to 75 have been enjoying the benefits since 2005. Regardless of your age you can reach new heights of health and performance too. No matter whether you're just out of shape and looking to lose fat and get healthier, wanting to heal from a chronic injury or condition, or an elite endurance athlete wanting more stamina, better aerobic and anaerobic capacity and an incredible VO2 Max, the Wealth of Health is for YOU, at a price anyone can afford.
Usually, after just a couple classes, Wealth of Health members start noticing increases in their energy, endurance and calmness, lowered blood pressure and a deeper sense of inner peace and wellness. INTRO CLASSES are held on select Wednesday nights from 7pm-9pm in March, June, September and December. Wealth of Health training is held EVERY Wednesday night from 7pm-9pm and you have your choice of 6 or 12 month programs so that you can choose just how much improvement you want to make, and how long you'd like to keep making those gains.
